BirdieRP Timeline: Our Journey in Precision Medical Manufacturing
Founded in 2020, Birdie Resolution Pharmaceutical LLC (BirdieRP) began with a clear vision: to become a trusted, U.S.-based leader in high-precision injection-molded medical devices and laboratory consumables. In 2021, we rapidly scaled operations by purchasing seven advanced injection molding presses and completing construction of our state-of-the-art Class 8 cleanroom facility. By 2022, we delivered our first qualified mold, marking the start of full-scale production. This strong foundation culminated in 2025 when BirdieRP achieved full ISO 13485 certification, confirming our commitment to the highest standards of quality management, regulatory compliance, and GMP manufacturing for medical device and laboratory plastic solutions.
